Chemical Only

We ensure your pool’s water chemistry is properly maintained and that your PH is balanced.

Water balance with premium chemicals (salt is not included)
Empty skimmer basket
Inspect all pool equipment

Note: This service is chemical treatment only and relies on the customer to do all other cleaning services including skimming, brushing, filter cleaning, etc.

Full Service

Starting from

We ensure your pool will be sanitary, algae-free and safe so you can enjoy your pool worry-free.

Water balance with premium chemicals (salt is not included)
Emptying skimmer basket(s), pump basket(s), sweeper bag, and/or leaf canister (as needed)
Skimming, Brushing, and Vacuuming Pool Services
Routine O-ring maintenance & Pool equipment inspections
Filter cleaning (on a biannual basis or a 12psi rise)

Note: Startup cost may apply. Prices for weekly services may vary due to pool size and condition.

New Plaster Start-ups

Starting from

3 to 4 visits 24-48 hrs apart
Brushing
Filter cleaning
Balance the pool water for the plaster to cure
Receive plaster care 101 pamphlet to ease the initial care of your new plaster

Chemicals: Acid, Chlorine, Conditioner, Calcium, Sodium-Bicarb, Metal Remover, etc.

Pool Drains & Clean Ups

Starting from

Drain Pool and clean up
Chlorine wash the pool to sanitize it
Clean pool equipment and filter
Inspect Pool and Pool Equipment
Start filling up the Pool
(Note: Customer is responsible for water bill)
Once the pool is filled, we’ll come back out to balance the water

Repair Inspections

Starting from

$165.00

We will come out to identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve any pool equipment issues.
Replacement equipment is not included in the service visit fee.

Note: In the event that your equipment is unrepairable, we will not replace any equipment without the customer's consent. All replacement equipment will be charged to the customer.

*$120 covers the first hour of the visit, every additional hour is $80/hr*

Install and Upgrade Inspections

Free Estimates

We will come out to recommend proper equipment for your pool and budget.
New equipment is not included in the service visit fee.
An estimate will be provided for all associated equipment and labor costs.

Note: Inspections for pools with dual systems and specialty equipment may include additional fees. For liability reasons, we will not install equipment bought through a third party. All replacement equipment will be charged to the customer.
